At KLUU, every order is prepared with care. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

30-Day Return Window Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at contact@kluu.store with a clear photo. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Change of Mind Returns You may return your item within 30 days, provided it is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

How to Start a Return Please contact us at contact@kluu.store before sending anything back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refund Processing Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items Sale items and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
